Responsibilities:
1, Presided over the overall work of quality management, and responsible for the work of quality management;
2, Organize the establishment of a quality management system to ensure the effective operation of the quality system;
3, Develop quality objectives and quality plans, and implement them after approval;
4, Formulate product quality inspection standards, be responsible for the company's procurement and product quality control, and be responsible for batch accidents;
5, Participate in the early planning of new product development, review the effectiveness and rationality of product design and process;
6, Organize and implement quality statistics, and be responsible for the authenticity and reliability of statistics;
7, Lead, manage, guide, supervise, inspect and assess the work of directly subordinate;
8, Regularly inform the relevant departments of the quality inspection results, formulate corrective and preventive measures for the existing quality problems and organize the implementation;
9, Regular production, technical, logistics, quality personnel quality management system and improve quality awareness training.
Requirements:
1, College degree or above, age 25-40;
2, Familiar with the basic knowledge of quality inspection, familiar with the company's product quality inspection specifications and inspection equipment operating procedures;
3, Have relevant quality management experience, professional quality management knowledge, familiar with quality management workflow;
4, Proficient in the use of quality management analysis tools;
5, Familiar with quality management system.
