Responsibilities:
1, Responsible for new product development and technical improvement: solve technical problems in the process of new product development, continuously optimize product design, and improve product performance
and quality.
2, Preparation and maintenance of technical documents: including product specifications, production process procedures, product BOM, product scheme design, and production workshop materials
Quota and other documents are prepared and updated to ensure that the production process meets technical requirements.
3, Process optimization: Collect advanced process technology in the industry, design process improvement plans, improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
4, Technical support: Provide technical support for production, sales and other departments to help solve technical problems in actual work.
5, Training and guidance: Provide technical training and guidance to employees to improve their skills.
6, Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
1, College degree or above, major in wire and cable, electrical insulation, etc.
2, With 3-5 years of wire and cable industry related work experience, familiar with the production process and process of wire and cable.
3, Be familiar with the relevant knowledge of wire and cable, master the production equipment and technical standards of wire and cable, and have certain innovation ability.
4, have good communication and coordination ability, can effectively communicate and cooperate with various departments, and promote the smooth progress of the work.
5, Team work spirit, able to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced work environment.
