Responsibilities:
Under the leadership of the wire harness production supervisor to carry out the relevant management work in the workshop

Requirements:
1, At least 3-5 years of management experience in the same position in cable and harness industry.
2, College degree or above, science and engineering or cable college graduate is preferred.
3, Have team management ability, strong organization and coordination ability, good planning and execution ability.
4, Proficient in personnel management, production management, equipment management and quality management.
5, Have strong ability of overall management, communication and coordination and leadership of subordinates.
6, integrity, stable work, strong team spirit.
7, can operate the computer and can skillfully use Office 2000, master CAD and other office and design software.
