In order to enhance the independent innovation capability and core competitiveness of enterprises and promote the construction of R & D institutions of enterprises, according to the requirements of the notice on organizing and identifying the 2014 municipal engineering and technology research center (yangkefa [2014] No. 55), through the procedures of unit declaration, qualification examination, evaluation and recommend of the competent unit, examination of relevant offices of the municipal science and technology bureau, spot check, publicity, etc, 100 engineering technology research centers (see Annex 1) such as "Yangzhou (Golden Eagle) Special Wear-resistant Tube Engineering Technology Research Center" are now recognized as municipal engineering technology research centers in 2014.
